When performing a diagnosis to check the fault memory, the first obstacle is often locating the OBD (on-board diagnostics) diagnostic socket. Many diagnostic tools provide information on the location of this socket when selecting the make and model of the car, which is generally located on the driver's side, low down on the left, near the bonnet release lever. In the case of the vehicle in question, however, the OBD socket is located under the handbrake lever grip, and you need to remove a plastic cover to access it.

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Suzuki Jimny, first inflate the tyres to the pressure value indicated on the corresponding sticker: this is located at the bottom of the driver's door pillar.
