How do you remove the steering wheel airbag from the Opel Insignia?

To be able to remove the steering wheel airbag from the Opel Insignia, you need to start the engine, so that the steering wheel can be turned so that it is placed upside down: once the steering wheel has been turned, it will be possible to leverage its rear part, so to release the clips that fix the airbag inside its seat. When these clips have been released, it will be possible to extract the airbag from its housing, in order to disconnect the connectors in the rear part; at this point the new airbag can be connected to the connectors, inserting it in its seat and checking that everything works correctly.
