How to Replace the Timing Belt?

Model: Vauxhall Zafira Zafira B, A05, MK 2 - Years 2005-2011

The first step is to unscrew the screws that hold the air filter box cover in place, remove it, and take off the ventilation duct. Next, remove the remaining part of the box and other pieces to clear the area next to the engine where the timing belt is located.
At this point, remove the timing belt cover, take off the old belt that needs replacing, and dismantle and replace both the tensioner and the roller, as well as the water pump.
Now you can finally fit the new belt! Then adjust the tensioner and proceed to reassemble all the parts removed so far to complete the job. The video guide is applicable for the 1.9 CDTi turbo diesel engine.
