Resetting the Service Light on an Opel Insignia

Model: Vauxhall Insigna MK 2, Insigna B - Years 2017-2026

After performing the oil change as per the maintenance schedule for the Opel Insignia, you need to reset the warning light that alerts you to the need for service. Sit in the driver's seat and turn on the instrument cluster. Press the "menu" button on the stalk to the left of the steering wheel until the oil quality icon appears on the central display. Press the "set/clr" button at the top of the stalk, and in the next icon, select "yes" using the "up arrow" wheel and confirm with the "set/clr" button. Upon the next restart, check that the reset has been successful.
