Setting the time on a 2009 Opel Antara is a very simple task that you can do independently, aided by this brief video tutorial. First, turn on the instrument cluster of your vehicle and press the "Setting" button located on the central dashboard.

The option "system" will appear on the screen; click it to access the "time settings" menu. Once you press the "time settings" option, you can use the arrow buttons to adjust the time as desired, starting with the hours and then the minutes.

From the same menu, you can also adjust the date.
