Here are the instructions for draining and refilling the automatic transmission oil in the Opel Insignia. First, raise the vehicle and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt located on the transmission case, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then, screw the drain bolt back in and open the bonnet, as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the oil fill bolt located below and pour in the correct amount of oil indicated in the owner's manual.
