How to replace the timing chain on the Opel Corsa?

To replace the timing chain on the Opel Corsa, open the bonnet and loosen the screws securing the valve cover and the protective cover on the left side of the engine block. Then, loosen the screws securing the front right wheel of the car, consequently removing the inner wheel arch lining. This will provide access to the chain tensioner, which can be removed by loosening its fixing screws and reducing the tension on the chain. The old chain can then be removed and replaced with a new part.
