To replace the rear light bulb on the Opel Meriva, open the tailgate to access the screws securing the light unit. Once these screws are loosened, you can pull the light unit out from its housing.

Then, disconnect the connector inside to open the light, removing the bulb from inside; this allows you to insert the new bulb, reposition the light unit, and secure it with the appropriate side screws.
