The procedure to reset the Service light on an Opel Insignia involves turning on the instrument cluster so that you can navigate through the menu that appears on the display: you will need to scroll using the up and down arrows located on the right side of the steering wheel.

When the oil life indicator appears, press the right arrow button to locate the "Reset" option.

This will allow you to select this option to reset the oil life.
