Today's instructions will show you how to remove and replace the engine cooling radiator of the Opel Astra. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the front grille of the front bumper; then proceed to remove the radiator by disconnecting the coolant hose (draining the fluid into a container) and unscrewing all the fixing screws. Also disconnect the fan to remove the radiator and replace it with a new one; apply the reverse procedure and top up with new antifreeze!
