In this guide, we will discover the instructions for removing and replacing the engine cooling radiator on the Opel Astra 1.9 CDTi. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start by removing the front grille and the upper cover; then disconnect the radiator hoses and unscrew the bracket screws, removing the cooling fan by unscrewing its screws (disconnecting the electrical connector). At this point, remove the radiator and replace it with the new original one; once reassembled, top up with the new antifreeze.
