Video tutorial

In this video, we will see how the filter mounted on the intake prevents dirt and dust from entering the cabin through the air conditioning system. To ensure its perfect efficiency, we must periodically replace the filter elements.

To do this, sit in the passenger seat, use a suitable lever to remove the push-fit clips that secure the panel at the end of the centre tunnel; you will find the cover of the filter box at the rear. Unscrew the securing screw and open it, remove the two sections of the filter and replace them with two new ones, paying attention to the flow direction.

Close and secure the cover and refit the panel by inserting the clips.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
