This video shows how to change the rear light unit on an Opel Adam: it is very simple as it is held together by a single fastening piece inside the boot. Start by removing this cover grille: just take out these two clips, and it comes off easily.

From here, you can comfortably access the light unit. No tools are needed; there is just a plastic screw that you need to turn counterclockwise, which holds the entire light unit in place.

Now, from the outside, you can remove it as one piece; just be careful as there are still electrical connectors attached inside, but it is just one clip and comes off easily. Proceed in reverse to fit the new light unit, ensuring that the securing pins align correctly.
