To reset the Service light that appears on the instrument cluster of the Opel Meriva, first turn on the ignition by inserting the key into the ignition switch. Once the dashboard is powered, press the MENU button located on the lever to the left of the steering wheel to navigate through the menu by turning the dial on the same lever.

When the oil life message appears, press and hold the SET/CLR button for a few seconds: this will completely turn off the Service light and reset the oil life.
