To replace the remote battery on a Peugeot 5008, leverage the lower part of the device: this will allow you to detach the cover on the back of the remote to access the underlying battery. The old battery can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one; once the old battery has been replaced, reposition the panel on the back.

After closing the remote, check that everything works with the new battery.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?
