How do you recode the remote key on a Peugeot 307? In this guide, take your remote and use a screwdriver to lever between the two halves until they separate from the cover. Remove the worn battery with a screwdriver, take a new one of the same type and voltage. Refit the cap on the remote key cover until you hear it click into place. Check the remote's correct operation; if it does not work after replacing the battery, recode the key: insert it into the ignition barrel of the car, turn it, and press the button as shown in the video. Finally, test the door lock and unlock buttons and the car ignition.
