How to repair the broken buttons on the car radio in the Peugeot 407

In this video we see how to repair the non-functioning buttons on the Peugeot 407 car radio: we remove the radio from its housing with the appropriate keys or with two thin screwdrivers, then we disconnect the electrical connectors located at the back. We unscrew with a 20 mm torx the screws located on the sides of the device, in order to separate the front panel, then we separate the frame from the circuit, using a T7 torx. We remove all the small screws around the circuit, and remove the rubber gasket on the back that surrounds the button control. Using a specific spray for cleaning electrical contacts and a cotton swab, we clean all the contacts and the rubber gasket; we also clean the other side of the circuit board. Let everything dry well and put everything back in place, following the reverse path we took for disassembly, and check the functionality of the buttons.
