Having difficulty shifting gears in any vehicle is often a sign of a worn clutch or a similarly worn cable that is close to breaking. Speaking of the latter, referring to the car mentioned above, let's see how it should be replaced: After removing the old cable, start from the engine compartment, first mounting one end to the clutch assembly, then passing the other end through the appropriate hole, securing it firmly in the rubber grommet and attaching it to the clutch pedal lever. Adjusting it is done after repeatedly pressing the aforementioned pedal.
