How to build and install a HI FI panel on the door of a Peugeot 206

If you want to mount a Hi-Fi panel on the door of your car, be prepared for some precision work, but nothing impossible! Remove the original door panel by unscrewing the screws and carefully levering it to avoid breaking the clips. Then take a panel made of MDF or fiberglass, shape it according to the door, and make holes for the speakers. Once ready, cover it with acoustic carpet or leather for a more fashionable touch. Secure everything with glue and screws, neatly passing the cables. Connect the crossover and amplifier, making sure everything is well insulated. Reassemble the door and enjoy powerful and clean audio. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, there are many specialized workshops in your area for this.
