How to replace the rear headlight bulb of a Peugeot 308?

To replace the rear headlight bulb of a Peugeot 308, start by opening the trunk to access the back of the headlight. Locate the plastic cover that protects the bulb housing; it is usually found inside the trunk, next to the side edge. Remove this cover carefully, using a screwdriver if necessary to gently pry it open, and thus access the back of the headlight. Inside, you will find the bulb holder secured with a clip or a screw, which you will need to remove. Remove the bulb holder by pulling it out carefully and locate the faulty bulb. Remove the burnt out bulb by slightly twisting it, then insert the new bulb, making sure it is securely in place. Reassemble the bulb holder and check that the new bulb is working properly before closing everything back up. Finally, screw or reattach the bulb holder and put the protective cover back in place. This procedure allows you to complete the replacement without difficulty and restore the proper functioning of the rear headlight.
