How to replace the air filter of the Peugeot 208

The air filter of the Peugeot 208 must be replaced every 20,000 km and today we will explain how to perform this simple operation independently. We use a socket wrench with a 10mm insert to unscrew the two screws on the filter box and on the air tube. Using a socket wrench with a 7mm insert, we unscrew the internal screws of the filter box. We press on the tube start lever and remove it from the end so that we can remove the filter box. We place the box on a work surface and open it to replace the filter. Before inserting the new filter, we clean inside the box. Insert the new filter and mount the box inside the engine compartment. Connect the tube and using the 7mm and 10mm wrenches, screw in the screws.
