The active blind spot monitor of the Peugeot 2008 activates automatically when the vehicle is turned on and is a system that allows to monitor the blind spots of the vehicle during driving: when driving and the turn signal is activated to make a turn or change lanes, the system activates to signal the presence of any vehicles with an acoustic signal. Additionally, the turn signal is turned off and lane keeping assist is activated: once the vehicle has passed, it will be allowed to change lanes or direction by reactivating the turn signal.
