How to replace the external rearview mirror of the 2014 Peugeot 208.

Replacing the external rearview mirror of a 2014 Peugeot 208 in case of breakage is an extremely simple task to perform on your own. Before removing the rearview mirror, it is necessary to take off the door panel. First, we remove the upper plastic cover and disconnect the wiring that connects the electrical functions of the rearview mirror. Next, we remove the cover of the door handle to access the screws and unscrew them. We also remove the cover of the opening handle to unscrew the screw, and we take out the window switch panel to disconnect its connector. We carefully remove the panel, making sure not to damage the plastic clips. After removing the panel, we can access the locking screws of the mirror to take it off. We install the new mirror in its place, connecting the wiring. We reattach the door panel and connect the connectors. Finally, we install the upper cover for the screws related to the rearview mirror and close the door.
