How to program the key of the Peugeot 207

On the Peugeot 207, the key configuration with remote control is carried out with the vehicle stationary and the ignition in the ON position (engine off). The process follows the learning sequence: with the dashboard active, the commands specified on the key are executed to initiate the synchronization of the remote control with the vehicle; once the pairing is complete, you return to the main dashboard screen and check the operation of the central locking from the key buttons. If the vehicle does not accept the learning on the first attempt, the procedure is repeated, ensuring that the key's battery is functioning properly and that the ignition remains stable throughout the operation. At the end of the process, the opening/closing is tested, and if applicable, the window convenience feature from the key is checked to confirm correct synchronization.
