System to Raise the Wiper Blades and Set Them in an Upright Position

If you want to replace the wiper blades or, in case of snow, set the blades in an upright position, these operations are quite simple on a Peugeot 208. The first step is to start the car's engine and, after a few seconds, turn the engine off again. At this point, simply lower the wiper control lever once, and the wipers will automatically position themselves vertically. To return them to their usual resting position, lower the wiper control lever again once. This operation is possible for up to 1 minute after turning off the engine. After this time, simply restart the engine and the wipers will return to the resting position.
