How to Change the Fuel Pump on a Peugeot 308

Remove the fuel pump on a Peugeot 308? First, take out the rear seat bases to access the fuel pump housing. Use a socket spanner to undo the securing screws of the metal cap (if present), then remove it from its seat. Cover the perimeter with absorbent paper to catch any fluid leaks. Disconnect the power connectors and the fuel return pipes, then extract the fuel pump from its housing along with any attached components. Fit the new fuel pump inside the car's tank, reattach all associated parts. Test the operation after installation.
