T7, MK 1
- Years 2007-2014 Today's guide will provide us with the necessary instructions on how to disassemble and replace the water pump and timing belt of the Peugeot 308 1.6 HDI. First, we open the car's engine hood and begin by disassembling and removing the engine support, unscrewing the fastening screws. Then, we lift the car and remove the right front wheel, subsequently removing the wheel arch and the V-belt, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the crankshaft pulley and the distribution cover, unscrewing the screws of the water pump to remove it and replace it with the new one. We also replace the timing belt!
