How to Replace the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) on a Peugeot 3008

Model: Peugeot 3008 T84, MK 1 - Years 2009-2016

Before you can start, engage the handbrake and put your Peugeot 3008 in first gear. Begin by lifting the vehicle. This will give you access to the lower plate that protects the DPF. Proceed to unscrew and remove the screws that secure the plate, then remove the plate itself. Once done, disconnect and remove the bar that holds the DPF housing in place. At this point, you can remove the housing, giving you access to the DPF, which you will need to remove by simply disconnecting the relevant hoses, completing the disassembly. To install the new DPF and close everything up, simply reverse this procedure, and the replacement will be complete.
