How to Remove the Door Panel

Model: Peugeot 406 MK 1 - Years 1995-2005
Part: Door trim panel

To perform this operation, open the door, unscrew and remove the upper knob of the lock, unscrew the screws located under the internal door lever. Also, unscrew the screws located under the armrest and remove it. Since the windows are electric, disconnect the wires attached to the armrest via the electrical clips. The panel is secured with plastic clips that fit into the holes of the door and must be carefully removed to avoid breaking them. Lift the top edge of the panel, near the gap where the window slides, and gently detach it completely from the door.
