How to Remove the Rear-View Mirror

Model: Peugeot 406 MK 1 - Years 1995-2005

In this video, you will see how to remove the rear-view mirror. First, using a flat, thin tool, carefully detach the plastic cover at the height of the mirror located on the inside of the door. Now, unscrew the screws and remove the snap clips along with the circular rubber cover. Lower the window and unscrew the last screw located at the bottom. You can now pull out the entire mirror assembly and disconnect the electrical connections. Spray a specific cleaner on the connectors to prevent corrosion, and you're done.
