This short video shows the entire procedure for replacing the pollen filter of a Peugeot 207. First of all it is advisable to make sure that the handbrake is engaged to work safely. After that, the procedure for replacing the filter (which are actually two) is as follows: once the bonnet is opened at the top left of the passenger side windshield, you will find the plastic flap highlighted in red in the video. Open it simply by pulling as it is pressure-sensitive. Now you will have access to the compartment where the two filters are housed, unlock the cover, remove them and replace them. At this point you can close everything again.
