Open the front hood and remove the plastic cover on the engine: the diesel filter is located in the front part of the engine compartment, immediately behind the radiator. At the base of the filter seat there is the bleed screw: then place a funnel or a pipe to convey the diesel fuel into a container and unscrew the bleed screw; to facilitate this operation, unhook the inlet and outlet pipes at the head of the filter so that all the diesel can escape. After bleeding, screw the cap back on and reconnect the pipes; turn the ignition on two or three times before starting the engine to refill the filter.
