To disable the Start&Stop feature on the Peugeot Expert, turn on the instrument panel to access the menu on the central display: here you will find the "Stop and Start" option at the top of the screen. Next to it, you will see the labels "OFF" and "ON". When the Start&Stop is active, the label will show "ON", so to deactivate it, move it to "OFF" using the touchscreen controls.

To verify that the system has been deactivated, simply turn off and then turn on the instrument panel, checking that the "OFF" label is active.
