According to the YouTuber in the video, disabling economy mode is not possible and is strongly discouraged: It is designed to save battery, so if you are sitting in the car with the radio or interior lights on, or with the doors open, which will turn on the lights, the battery will continue to power these functions for 30 minutes, after which economy mode will activate and automatically turn them off. If the vehicle does not start and shows the economy function message, it means the battery is running low. You should have the fault diagnosed at a garage as soon as possible.
