How to Replace the Starter Motor on a Peugeot 307?

To replace the starter motor on a Peugeot 307, open the bonnet to access the engine compartment. On the right side, you will find the battery, which must be removed by loosening the securing bolts and disconnecting the terminals. Underneath the battery, there is a steel plate that needs to be removed, as the starter motor is located beneath it. Remove the starter motor by unscrewing the fixing bolts and disconnecting the power cables to replace it with a new one.
