Operation: How to change the battery on a Peugeot 3008 1.6 Hdi.

In this video, we see how to change the battery of a Peugeot 3008 MK1 version: we open the hood of our car and find the battery on the right side of the engine block; we open the plastic guide of the positive terminal and disconnect the positive terminal located higher up, then with a screwdriver, we remove the cover that is above the battery. On top of it, there is a lid that we will remove by pulling it upwards. Using an extension wrench, we remove the screw that holds the battery support plate in place, then unlock and remove the negative clamp. Now we can remove the battery. Using sandpaper, we remove any oxide deposits from the battery terminals, and apply copper grease to the contacts of the new battery: now we can insert it in its place. We reassemble the negative clamp. We put the battery support back in place, then we put the battery cover back on. We reposition the plastic box and reconnect the positive clamp.
