Replacing the alternator on a Peugeot 307, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not inserted, then disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, lift the front right side, and remove both the wheel and the corresponding wheel arch liner. Next, release the belt by loosening the tensioner, remove the upper cover, and unscrew the alternator mounting bolts. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
