Today's procedure will illustrate how to remove and replace the alternator on the Peugeot 307 1.6, following the instructions below. First, open the vehicle's bonnet and start removing the metal cover from the exhaust manifold; then disconnect the serpentine belt from the alternator by loosening the tensioner, subsequently unscrewing the alternator's bolts and disconnecting the wiring to remove it, as shown in the video.
