In this video we witness a warranty intervention being carried out on Peugeot 2008 cars that suffer from this defect: namely, the glass that has become completely opaque, making the instrumentation illegible. However, let's see how the Peugeot technicians behave during the replacement: they remove the upper fins where the screws are hidden, then the lower profile with a plastic spatula. The electrical connections are removed and the entire piece comes off easily. The new piece is installed starting with the electrical connections, the fins and the profile are put back on, but the electronic coding is missing, which is done in a few minutes.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series, the Start / Stop button and the lever release button must be pressed at the same time. This procedure will allow the car gearbox to be unlocked for about 15 minutes, so that in the event of an engine failure, the car can still be moved. It may be necessary to repeat the operation more than once for its success. After unlocking the gearbox, it can return to its original state by simply waiting for the aforementioned 15 minutes, or by pushing the release lever forward for a few seconds.
