In this tutorial we can see how to replace the gear knob in the Peugeot 508, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, let's go inside the cabin, then, using a preferably plastic spatula so as not to leave any marks, we unclip the upper cover of the knob. We then unscrew the fixing screw indicated with a cross-tip screwdriver, pull the knob upwards and separate it from the shaft. At this point, also remove the boot, if necessary, insert the replacement parts and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
