To perform this operation, with the vehicle turned on, keep your foot on the brake and deactivate the handbrake by pressing it down, without releasing it. Continue to keep your foot on the brake pedal while holding down the handbrake button. Put the gear in P. Turn off the vehicle and remove your foot from the brake pedal. Continue to hold down the handbrake button while turning on the vehicle by pressing the START button, finish by moving the gear lever forward with a push and then turn off the ignition by pressing the START button.
