How to Drive the Automatic Gearbox of a Peugeot 3008

Learn how to drive the automatic gearbox of a Peugeot 3008: remember that for any manoeuvre in an automatic vehicle, keep your foot on the brake when the car is stationary. Depending on the position of the gear selector, a LED will light up on the gearbox and the corresponding warning light will illuminate on the dashboard. To start, slide the gear selector to "D" for "drive". Press the button on the left and apply the brake. Release the brake and the handbrake, and the car will move forward without pressing the accelerator. To engage reverse, press the button on the left and move the lever to "R" for reverse. The reversing camera will activate automatically; release the brake and the vehicle will move backwards. To put the car in neutral, give a slight push to select "N" for neutral. To use the sequential shift on the steering wheel, press the "M" button on the lever when in "drive" mode, and the display will show the M icon with the gear selected.
