Today we will explain how to remove the rocker cover and replace the gaskets on a Peugeot 107. We start by opening the front hood and removing the air filter box. To remove the box, it is essential to unscrew the clamp that secures the tube with a T10 key and then remove the box. Then we remove the coil packs with a T13. With the same key, we remove the solenoid and disconnect all the tubes connected to it. Once the valve cover is removed, we can access the fuel pressure regulator, position sensor, camshaft, thermostat, and coolant sensor. We remove the gasket and insert the new one. We conclude the replacement by reassembling everything.
