In this guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the thermostat of the engine cooling circuit of the Peugeot Partner Tepee 1.6 HDi. First, let's open the hood and start disassembling and removing the intake hose and the battery, removing the cover and unscrewing the bracket screw (then disconnecting the battery terminals); after that, we will disconnect the thermostat pipe, letting any coolant drain into a container. At this point, we unscrew the thermostat screws to remove it, disconnecting the electrical connector of the temperature sensor; let's replace it with the new original one.
