How to replace the thermostat on a Peugeot Partner? Let's see the disassembly of the piece placed inside the engine compartment. To begin we lift the front hood and fix it to the safety rod. We disassemble the various covers to access the thermostat. Unscrew the pins on the cap of the thermostat sleeve (we use a socket wrench with relative bushes), remove the sealing cap and extract the coolant thermostat from its seat. Once the piece has been removed, replace it with a new one, close the special compartment with the cap, tighten the locking pins well with all its parts. Make sure you have inserted and mounted the thermostat correctly. Let's top up the coolant.
