Today, let's discover the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the gear shift knob of the Porsche Boxster. First, we get inside the vehicle and start by detaching the cover of the gear shift boot from the base, pulling it upwards and removing any clip placed between the boot and the knob; then we remove the gear knob by pulling it upwards, as shown in the video.

At this point, we install the new knob on the gear shift lever, replacing the boot if necessary; we secure the knob with a clip and finally attach the boot to the base.
