The problem typically manifests at low speeds, causing the sensation that the car is traveling over small bumps, feeling a sort of dragging or shaking. The diagnostic procedure is based on locating the electrical connector on the torque splitter. After disconnecting the connector and starting the car, a message will appear on the dashboard saying "All-wheel drive system malfunction: Adaptive driving not allowed." Take it for a test drive. If the symptom disappears (and you no longer feel the shaking), the problem is confirmed: you need to replace or repair the torque splitter. Otherwise, you need to look elsewhere for the problem (tires, joints, etc.). Naturally, driving with the connector disconnected is an emergency mode: do this only for a short distance.
