Replacing the battery in a Porsche Cayenne requires a few extra steps compared to usual. However, it is a simple task.

First, move the driver's seat forward, remove the plastic covers from the slides, and unlock the clips of the battery box. Next, slide the seat back, remove the plastic panel, and unscrew the two 10mm bolts of the seat to tilt it and clear the area.

Now, unlock the last two clips and open the box. Disconnect the two terminals, then remove the battery by unscrewing the 10mm bolts of the side brackets.

Finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
