To replace the key fob battery on a Porsche Cayenne, lift the key by pressing the button located at the top of the device. Once the key is raised, pry inside its housing to lift the cover on the bottom of the fob. Under this cover, you will find the battery, which needs to be removed from its housing and replaced with a new replacement part. After the replacement, reposition the plastic cover on the bottom of the fob.
