The procedure to manually reset the oil change light on the 2008 Dodge RAM 1500 is very simple and can be done by anyone independently. First, ensure that the vehicle is completely off. Then, insert the key and turn on the ignition. At the same time, press the accelerator pedal three times in quick succession (within ten seconds). Once done, turn off and then turn on the ignition again. At this point, the reset is complete, and the light should be gone permanently.
